Reformer Sculpt

All-Levels

An All-Levels flow class that includes dynamic movements outside of the traditional Pilates Repertoire. Expect a full body workout with a focus on core, legs and arms.

Reformer Pilates II

Intermediate Level

An Intermediate-level Reformer Group Class. Intermediate Repertoire is used to create a challenging, full-body workout for participants. The pace is moderate and can be challenging at times as we flow from one exercise to the next! 

STRENGTH.

All Levels MAT class

A Full-Body fitness class that blends weightlifting with Pilates for the perfect challenge. Focus is on core, legs & arms. All Levels of fitness are welcome!

Reformer Pilates I

Beginner Level

This group Reformer Class focuses on learning the Beginner movements.   Participants can expect a full body workout - focusing on CORE strength, stability and flexibility.

Power Reformer

Beginner - Intermediate Level

A Jumpboard based Reformer class that will get your heart pumping and muscles firing! Improve cardiovascular health, endurance and strength in this fast-paced, upbeat Reformer Class. 

Sculpt & Tone

All Levels MAT class

A Pilates-inspired Mat Class that offers a full body, core-focused workout. Expect dynamic flows and creative movements using props and weights to keep class exciting, refreshing & challenging!
